Delivery & Shipping

For prompt service, we dispatch your order within 24 hours after clearing payment, specifically from Monday to Friday. Orders made during the weekend or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

As for delivery times, they depend on the country of delivery:

• Within the United Kingdom, you can expect delivery within 5-10 business days.
• For the United States, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
• In Germany, you can anticipate delivery within 5-10 business days.
• European destinations generally experience delivery within 7-15 business days.
• The rest of the world can expect delivery within 10-30 business days.

When it comes to shipping, we use standard international shipping with a tracking option. Once items are dispatched, factors beyond our control, such as transit operations, sorting center speed, bank holidays, and natural disasters, may affect shipping time. You will receive a tracking number by email, and you can conveniently track your order here.

Returns

When it comes to returns, we accept them within 14 days of your receiving the items if they remain unused. It’s essential to pack the items securely, as we cannot refund damaged or lost items. Please include a note with your return reason in the package. In the case of a damaged, faulty, or inaccurately described item (which is our fault), please reach out to us with a photo. If you need to return the item, we will refund return postage at the same rate you were charged for shipping. However, if you’ve changed your mind about the purchase, we accept the return but will refund only the item cost.
