Our refund and returns policy lasts for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain scenarios where we only grant partial refunds, such as:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Opened items like CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds are applicable only to regular priced items and not on sale items.
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email here and return the item to: [physical address].
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and directly shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.
