Pricing and lead time
Both depend on two things: how many cases you need, and how many different phone models are in the order. A single-model run of a hundred prices differently from twenty cases across fifteen models.

Artwork: what we need from you
Most delays on business orders come from artwork, not from printing. Sending the right file first time removes a round trip.
- Vector if you have it. An SVG, AI, EPS or PDF of your logo scales to any case size without softening. This is the single biggest factor in how sharp the result looks.
- For a raster logo, use the original high-resolution PNG. A transparent background is useful. Required dimensions depend on the phone model and print size; a DPI label alone does not make a small image sharp.
- Transparent background unless you want a solid printed panel. The case itself is clear, so a transparent PNG lets the phone show through around your mark.
- Tell us your brand colours as hex or Pantone. UV printing is not a perfect colour match to screen, and knowing the target lets us get closer.
- Keep the top corner clear. The camera cutout sits there. Logos placed high get cut.
We check every file before production and come back to you if something will not print well. Nothing gets printed on a guess.

Is there a minimum order for business orders?
Small runs are fine — client gifts of five or ten are common. Send us the quantity and we will tell you whether a bulk quote or the standard designer works out better for you.
Can one order include different phone models?
Yes. Teams rarely all carry the same phone, so mixed-model orders are normal. Send us the list at the quote stage.
How long does a bulk order take?
It depends on quantity and model mix, so we confirm the exact production time in the quote. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within Europe and 5–10 business days to the United States. For Australia, allow approximately up to 20 business days. Other destinations vary and delays are possible. Worldwide shipping is included free.
Do you send a proof before printing?
Yes. You see a digital proof of your design on the case and approve it before we produce anything.
Do you issue a VAT invoice?
Yes. Every business order comes with a proper company invoice including VAT.
What file format should I send my logo in?
Keep your original vector logo (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) available for the artwork check. For the online designer, use a high-resolution image in a supported upload format. The required image dimensions depend on the selected model and layout. Contact us if you need help preparing the file.
Can I order cases to resell?
Yes. Tell us at the quote stage, because resale volumes and artwork requirements differ from giveaway orders.
