If your case is faulty, arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue, including photos where possible. We will arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with your applicable consumer rights. Please contact us before returning an item. Where a return is required for a confirmed fault or an error on our side, we cover the necessary reasonable return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Production and dispatch take 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within Europe and 5–10 business days to the United States.
