Track your orderHow shipping works.
Your case is printed after you order, for your exact phone model. Production and dispatch take 1–3 business days in total. As soon as your parcel leaves, you receive an email with a tracking link.
Orders for the United States travel with USPS. Orders for Europe travel with DHL and the national postal service from Germany, so customers in the EU pay no customs or extra VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, for example to the UK, Switzerland or Norway, local import VAT or a handling fee may be charged on delivery.
We follow every tracked parcel to the door. Across our recent orders, the typical time from order to doorstep was about 7 days to the US and 5 to 6 days within Europe.

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, to every country, and every parcel is tracked.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. The countries above are where most of our orders go. If yours is not listed, contact us and we will tell you how long delivery usually takes.
Will I pay customs or import VAT?
Not in the US or the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, for example to the UK, Switzerland or Norway, local import VAT or a handling fee may be charged on delivery.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your case ships. You can also check the status on our track your order page.
Which currencies can I pay in?
US dollars, euros and British pounds. A clear photo case costs $23.99 or $23.99 USD.
